If your processing job has stalled, you can try a few things:
The first thing to do would be to refresh your browser and see if that fixes the issue.
If that doesn't help, it could mean that the instance in AWS (our platform is built on their infrastructure) has failed. Pixop will automatically detect this and queue up another processing job within 1.5 hours at the latest.
If you'd rather not wait that long, you can always delete the processing job and start over.
